A noodle soup is always a good option at lunchtime, but if you add some delicious meatballs and a little sausage or chorizo, then you will have a completely different dish. This noodle soup recipe has turkey sausage that gives it much more flavor, so it will be perfect for any day of the week.

Ingredients

4 servings
  • 1/2 onion for the soup
  • 2 cloves of garlic roasted with peel, and then peeled, for the soup
  • 5 tomatoes cooked without peel, for the soup
  • 3 liters of chicken soup
  • 1/2 kilo of ground beef beef
  • 1/4 of teaspoonful of black pepper ground
  • 1/4 of teaspoonful of cumin ground
  • 1/4 of teaspoonful of oregano ground
  • 1 tablespoon of Salt
  • 200 grams of FUD® turkey sausage
  • 1 Cup of noodle pasta
  • 1/2 Cup of whole corn kernels yellow
  • 1 Cup of carrot diced
  • 1/2 Cup of pumpkin diced
  • to taste of Panela Fud® cheese in cubes, to decorate
  • enough of coriander to decorate

Preparation

For the soup, blend the onion with the garlic, the tomato and the chicken broth. Strain if necessary and set aside.
For the meatballs, mix the meat with the black pepper, cumin, oregano, season with salt and form small meatballs with your hands.Set aside.
Heat a deep saucepan over medium heat, cook the FUD® Turkey Chorizo until golden brown. Add the noodle and fry until golden brown. Fill with the broth, bring it to a boil and add the meatballs.
Cover the pan and cook until done. Add the vegetables and cook until they soften and do not lose color.
Serve the soup, accompany with FUD® panela cheese and cilantro.

PRESENTATION

Serve in a bowl and decorate with panela cheese and cilantro.
