Ingredients

2 portions
  • 335 grams medium size noodles
  • 2 tablespoons vegetal oil
  • 2 cups Water
  • 1/4 onions
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 clove garlic

Preparation

Fry the noodle in a large skillet with vegetable oil until lightly browned.
Blend water, onion, tomatoes, garlic and salt in a food processor or blender. It works well.
Pour the mixture over the noodle and let it cook (without boiling) until all the water evaporates or is absorbed.
