In all the Mexican homes, the traditional noodle soup can not be absent and, in spite of the simplicity of its ingredients and preparation, it is very appreciated for being aromatic and comforting. In my case I added 3 of my favorite spices.

Preparation
Blend the tomatoes, onion, garlic and salt until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
Heat the oil in the bottom of a medium saucepan; Pour the pasta into the frigid oil until most are golden brown. It will have to be moved continuously so that it does not burn.
Add the broth and the tomato mixture and let it boil gently for 10 minutes.
Test it and rectify the amount of salt, if necessary. It is served with the three types of chili as you wish.
