Spaghetti al Chile Morrón

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 package Spaghetti La Moderna®
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/4 onions
  • to taste salt
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 2 green bell peppers
  • 1 package cream cheese, 190 g
  • 1/2 cups milk
  • 1/3 cups manchego cheese, grated
  • 1 teaspoon Knorr® Chicken Broth

Preparation

Heat the water, add the garlic, onion, salt to taste and a teaspoon of olive oil, about 5 minutes.
Once the water is hot, add the La Moderna® pasta until it is cooked, about 5 minutes more.
The spaghetti is removed, drained and put in ice water to finish cooking.
Aside, the chiles morrones the handles in a comal and later you leave them in a clean plastic bag so that they sweat a little and you can remove the skin easily.
Once roasted and peeled, you make slices.
Add to the blender the red peppers, the onion and the garlic with which you cooked the pasta, the cream, the teaspoon of chicken knorr, a splash of milk and salt to taste.
Put a pan with a teaspoon of olive oil, add the blender mixture and simmer for about 3 minutes.
Subsequently, the spaghetti is drained and added to the previous mixture.
It is perfectly incorporated, rectified with salt and left to cook for 5 more minutes.
Finally add the grated Manchego cheese on top, or you can put it when serving.

PRESENTATION

You can put a little parsley on the side, it will look beautiful.

TIPS

Do not stop moving the mixture before incorporating the spaghetti because it can be stuck to the pan since it contains dairy products.
