Preparation
Finely chop the onion and the pumpkin flower.
Then saute with half of the margarine.
When ready, remove from heat, blend and strain.
With the other half of the margarine, sauté the flour until it turns a golden color.
Add the milk mixture with the pumpkin flower and add the corn husks, zucchini, cream, salt and pepper.
Boil until the vegetables are cooked and serve hot.
