Ingredients

4 servings
  • 2 spoonfuls of Butter
  • 1/4 of onion finely chopped
  • 1 Cup of corn kernels
  • 3 rajas poblanas
  • 1 tomato ground
  • 1/4 of Cup of tomato puree
  • 6 cups of chicken soup
  • enough of Salt
  • enough of black pepper
  • 4 Corn tortillas in strips and fried, to decorate
  • 4 spoonfuls of Panela cheese in squares, to decorate

Preparation
