Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 teaspoon vegetal oil
  • 1 poblano pepper, roasted, peeled and cut into thin slices
  • 1 red bell pepper, chopped in medium cubes
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch ground black pepper
  • 1 package panela cheese, (200 g)
  • 1 tablespoon vegetal oil
  • 1 can Chile Poblano Cream, Campbells® (430 g)
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 cup milk

Preparation

Heat the oil in a pot over low heat. Add the chile poblano slices with the pepper and fry for 5 minutes.
Add Campbells® poblano pepper cream, salt, pepper, water and milk. Mix perfectly and heat for 5 more minutes.
In a pan add the oil, fry the cheese on both sides and cut into medium cubes.

PRESENTATION

Serve in a deep dish.

TIPS

Decorate with a little red pepper to color it.
