Ingredients

4 servings
  • 1 teaspoonful of vegetable oil
  • 1 piece of poblano pepper roasted, peeled and cut into thin slices
  • 1 piece of red bell pepper chopped in medium cubes
  • 1 pinch of Salt
  • 1 pinch of ground black pepper
  • 1 package of Panela cheese (200 g)
  • 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
  • 1 can of Chile Poblano Cream Campbells® (430 g)
  • 1 Cup of Water
  • 1 Cup of milk

    Preparation

    Heat the oil in a pot over low heat. Add the chile poblano slices with the pepper and fry for 5 minutes.
    Add Campbells® poblano pepper cream, salt, pepper, water and milk. Mix perfectly and heat for 5 more minutes.
    In a pan add the oil, fry the cheese on both sides and cut into medium cubes.

    PRESENTATION

    Serve in a deep dish.

    TIPS

    Decorate with a little red pepper to color it.
