Ingredients

4 portions
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 leeks, cut in julienne
  • 2 potatoes, cut into small cubes
  • 8 cups chicken soup
  • 1 branch thyme
  • 2 leaves bay (laurel)
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • baguettes, To accompany

Preparation

Melt the butter in a pot over medium heat, add the potatoes and cook for 10 minutes, stir constantly and prevent them from taking color.
Add the pore and cook for 5 more minutes.
Pour the chicken broth, season with salt, pepper, thyme and bay leaf. Cook for 10 minutes.
Serve with slices of baguette.
