Preparation
Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat, add the potatoes and cook for 10 minutes, stirring constantly and avoid taking color.
Add the leek and cook for 5 more minutes.
Pour in the chicken broth, season with salt, pepper, thyme and bay leaf. Cook for 10 minutes.
Serve with baguette slices.
