Ingredients

8 servings
  • 1 kilo of potato cut into cubes
  • 2 pieces of leek large cubed
  • 4 spoonfuls of unsalted butter
  • 1 liter of chicken soup
  • 100 milliliters of whole milk cream
  • 200 grams of smoked salmon cut into strips
  • 1 bunch of scallion chopped to decorate

    Preparation

    In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the pore and cook over low heat for 10 minutes or until the pore is soft.
    Add the potato and mix. Add the chicken broth and the cream and turn the heat to medium, cook for 10 minutes or until the cream starts to boil.
    Cover the pot and let the soup cook for 15 minutes or until the potato is well cooked.
    Add 2/3 of the salmon and mix. Season with salt and pepper.

    PRESENTATION

    Serve the soup in bowls and add 2-3 strips of smoked salmon and a little scallion on each plate to decorate.

    TIPS

    If you want to make the soup in advance you can freeze it after step 3. At dinner time just thaw the soup, heat it and finish with step 4.
