Preparation
Heat the butter in a pan and fry the garlic and onion.
Once they are sharp, bring to the blender, add the cooked zucchini and grind perfectly.
Return to the pan where we fry the onion and garlic and let it heat up. Add chicken broth and pepper.
Add the milk and let it warm.
Serve hot.
