Chop the corn, grind them and pass them through a sieve.
In a saucepan put the butter to melt and season the ground and cast corn.
Add a little water, season with salt and pepper.
Boil over low heat until the corn is cooked.
If it is too thick, add a little more water. Turn off the heat and add the evaporated milk.
