Ingredients

4 portions
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 200 grams Engrane La Moderna®
  • 1/4 cups mashed tomatoes
  • 2 liters chicken soup
  • 1 cup carrot, peeled and cut into cubes
  • 1 cup pea
  • to taste salt
  • to taste fresh coriander, to decorate

Preparation

In a saucepan, heat oil over medium heat and fry La Moderna® mesh until lightly browned.
Add the tomato puree and cook a few minutes. Add the chicken broth and once it is boiling, add the carrots and peas.
Cook covered for 9 to 11 minutes or until the pasta is al dente (firm on the inside and soft on the outside) and soft vegetables. Season with enough salt. Serve with coriander.

PRESENTATION

Serve in a soup bowl, accompany with a few drops of lemon.

TIPS

Make it healthier and prepare this soup with natural tomato, instead of tomato puree, in addition, you can brown the pasta instead of frying it.
