Ingredients

  • 1 kilo of shrimp save the shell
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 kilo of tomato
  • 8 guajillos chiles
  • to taste of concentrated of shrimp powder
  • to taste of Salt
  • to taste of Pepper
  • 2 cups of carrot cut into cubes
  • 2 cups of potato

    Preparation

    Brown the shrimp shells in the oven until crispy.
