Ingredients

8 portions
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons onion, chopped
  • 2 pumpkins, criollas in rooms
  • 1 chayote squash, medium cube
  • 1 corn, tender, the grains
  • 2 carrots, in cubes guys
  • 10 cups Knorr® Chicken Broth
  • 2 leaves epazote, washed and disinfected
  • 1 cup chard, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon table salt
  • 1 teaspoon small black pepper

Preparation

In a hot pot place the garlic and onion, let them change a little color and add the pumpkins, chayote, corn kernels and carrots.
Place the chicken stock, cook some, add the epazote, the chard, season with salt and pepper.
