This recipe is a delicious and healthy vegetable soup to eat rich and keep you healthy. Prepare it in your home, and you will see how not only do you keep them all in good health, they will also love it.

Ingredients

8 servings
  • 2 cloves of garlic chopped
  • 3 spoonfuls of onion chopped
  • 2 pumpkins criollas in rooms
  • 1 chayote squash medium cube
  • 1 corn tender, the grains
  • 2 carrots in cubes guys
  • 10 cups of Knorr® Chicken Broth
  • 2 leaves of epazote washed and disinfected
  • 1 Cup of chard chopped
  • 1 teaspoonful of table salt
  • 1 teaspoonful of small black pepper

    Preparation
