Preparation
Cut the tortillas into thin strips and fry until lightly browned, drain on absorbent paper. Reservation.
Remove the seeds from the chili and cut into thin strips, fry (optional).
In a pan with a drizzle of oil add the tomatoes, garlic and onion and tate for a few minutes.
Blend the tomatoes, onions and garlic with a liter of broth.
In a pot pour the mixture and add the rest of the broth, the branches of epazote and parsley. Season with salt and pepper.
Serve placing a bed of tortilla, then the broth, chili, avocado, cream cheese and a splash of lemon.
