Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons vegetal oil
  • 2 tablespoons garlic, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cups white onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cups mushroom, filleted
  • 1 cup tomtato, cut into cubes without seeds
  • 2 cups nopal, Cooked and drained
  • 1/4 cups epazote, cut into thin strips
  • 1 teaspoon ground clove
  • 2 chipotle chilies, dry, whole
  • 1 pinch oregano
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 tablespoon serrano pepper, cut into rings, to accompany
  • to taste epazote, fried, to accompany
  • 1 lemon
  • to taste tortilla, To accompany

Preparation

Blend all the ingredients of the caldillo perfectly well. Reservation.
Heat the oil over medium heat and fry the garlic with the onion, mushrooms and tomato until soft; add the nopales, the epazote and stuffed with the caldillo. Add the clove, the chipotle pepper, the oregano and the salt; Cover and let boil for 15 minutes.
