6 portions
  • 1 bouquet spinach, clean and disinfected
  • 1 apple, big, bare and without heart
  • 1 pear, big, bare and without heart
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/4 white onions
  • 1 whole clove
  • 1 star anise
  • allspices
  • 5 cups Water
  • 3 cups milk
  • 1 teaspoon chicken consommé
  • 1 pinch parsley
  • salt, to taste
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

In a pot put the 5 cups of water, spinach, apple, pear, star anise, cloves, pepper and garlic, which we previously cut in half and removed the center, which is a long elongated green color, this is to avoid bad dogestion.
Put everything on the fire and when it boils the flame is lowered and cooking for 10 to 15 min. or until the vegetables are soft.
Remove the clove, pepper and star anise, place the vegetables and fruits in the blender, add the 1/4 onion, salt, consome and blend with a little broth from the cooking.
It is important "NO" to throw the broth where the vegetables were cooked as we will use it to cook
Put a pot on the fire and add the butter along with the oil, since they are hot add the mixture that we liquefy, along with the 3 cups of milk and the pinch of peregil, move to integrate everything and wait for it to boil, to remove from the Fire and serve hot.

You can eat it with pieces of fresh bread, cookies or croutons.

Remember that the preparation takes milk and boiling can be thrown, so do not neglect the pot to avoid accidents.
