Ingredients

6 portions
  • 1 bouquet spinach, clean and disinfected
  • 1 apple, big, bare and without heart
  • 1 pear, big, bare and without heart
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/4 white onions
  • 1 whole clove
  • 1 star anise
  • peppercorn
  • 5 cups Water
  • 3 cups milk
  • 1 teaspoon chicken consommé
  • 1 pinch parsley
  • salt, to taste
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

Preparation

In a pot put the 5 cups of water, spinach, apple, pear, star anise, cloves, pepper and garlic, which we previously cut in half and removed the center, which is a long elongated green color, this is to avoid bad dogestion.
Put everything on the fire and when it boils the flame is lowered and cooking for 10 to 15 min. or until the vegetables are soft.
