Ingredients

4 portions
  • 50 grams butter
  • 6 tomatoes
  • 1/2 liters milk
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1/4 liters cream
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/2 onions
  • baking soda
  • 1 can cream, of tomato (optional)

Preparation

Fry the ground tomato with the garlic and onion in butter. Strain.
