Preparation
Add to a pot the ingredients of the broth, cover and cook for 35 minutes, season to your liking.
Remove the chicken breast, discard finely, and reserve the broth.
In a pot add the lard and fry the tomato, the chicken, the onion, the Xcat-ic chile, fill with the broth you reserved, add the spices, season with salt and pepper, cook until it reaches boiling point , add the limes a few minutes before so that it does not become bitter.
Serve the broth with chicken and fried tortilla. Enjoy
