Ingredients

12 portions
  • 1/2 heads cabbage
  • 6 onions, chopped
  • 2 green bell peppers, chopped
  • 2 cans tomtato
  • 3 carrots, chopped
  • 100 grams mushroom, chopped
  • 4 branches celery
  • 4 tablespoons chicken broth powder
  • 1 can mashed tomatoes
  • to taste McCormick® Minced Garlic

Preparation

In a large pot with 1 tablespoon of oil brown the onion for 5 minutes.
Add all the cubed vegetables to the pot along with the tomato puree.
Add 12 cups of water and boil for 1 hour or until the cabbage is very tender.
