This is an exquisite recipe for creamy vegetable soup that carries potatoes, carrots, pores, onions, and is ideal for the whole family, including children.

Ingredients

6 portions
  • 2 potatoes, peeled in pictures
  • 1 carrot, peeling and leaving in pictures
  • 1/2 onions, chopped
  • 1 leek, only the white part, sliced
  • aromatic herbs, fresh, tied
  • 3/4 cups lyncott cream, to beat
  • fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/4 cups butter

Preparation

Heat the butter in a saucepan, add vegetables and cook until soft. Add the odorous herbs to taste moored and 6 cups of water. Cook for 30 minutes covered and discard the herbs.
Blend the soup little by little in the blender and transfer again to the saucepan. Heat over low heat for 10 minutes. Add the cream to beat and season with salt and pepper.

PRESENTATION

Serve very hot and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
