This recipe is ideal to accompany it with white wine, they are lentils seasoned with very rich curries that you can use as a salad.

Ingredients

4 servings
  • 1 piece of onion chopped
  • 250 grams of bacon chopped
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 400 grams of lentil previously soaked
  • 1 tablespoon of curry powder
  • Salt and pepper

    Preparation

    Heat a saucepan with olive oil. Add onion and bacon, and brown lightly for 3 minutes. Add the lentils and mix. Stir again 2 minutes.
    Sprinkle the lentils with the curry (1 level scoop) and add 1 liter of water. Mix, cover and cook 40 minutes over low heat.
    When the cooking is finished, try and check the salt, pepper and curry content according to your taste.
