Broccoli detox soup is an excellent option to include more green vegetables to your diet. It is very simple to make and the best thing is that you only need two ingredients to enjoy a nutritious and healthy soup.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 broccoli, in pieces
  • 400 milligrams coconut milk
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch pepper
  • 1 pinch nutmeg

Preparation

Heat the coconut milk with the broccoli until it boils, lower the heat and continue cooking for 5 minutes or until the broccoli is soft. Remove from the fire.
Blend to a homogeneous mixture, return to fire and add salt, pepper and nutmeg. It serves.

PRESENTATION

Serve with macadamias, avocado and chopped parsley.
