Ingredients

6 portions
  • 2 cups mushroom
  • 650 grams mashed tomatoes
  • 2 pickled jalapeño peppers
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 pinch cumin
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • 1 bunch fresh coriander
  • 1 ulna chicken soup
  • lemons

Preparation

Boil the mushrooms, well washed.
In the blender, add the tomato, chili, garlic, a little cilantro, the chicken broth cube and the cumin.
Add the sauce mixture in the pot of the already cooked mushrooms and add the rest of the cilantro, season.
Cook until it boils and serve hot.
