Ingredients

4 portions
  • 200 grams leek, cut in julienne
  • 300 grams potato
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 1/2 liters chicken soup
  • 1 branch thyme
  • 1 branch oregano
  • 1 teaspoon whole black pepper
  • salt

Preparation

Melt the butter and add the potatoes cut into small pieces.
Cook and move constantly.
Incorporate the pore and cook.
Pour the chicken broth, lower the flame when it begins to boil, add the thyme, oregano and peppers.
Season with a little salt and cook for 15 minutes or until the potatoes are well cooked.
Season, and serve hot.
