Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 bar butter
  • 1/2 onions, finely chopped
  • 3 shallots, finely chopped
  • 5 red bell peppers, without seeds, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1/2 cups tomato puree
  • 2 liters chicken soup
  • 1 twig thyme
  • salt, to taste
  • black pepper, to taste
  • 1/2 liters cream, To accompany

Preparation

In the butter, brown the onion, shallots and peppers. Add the flour and stir fry.
Add the tomato puree, then the chicken broth, the thyme and salt to taste. Let boil for 15 min.
