Ingredients

4 portions
  • 2 cups squash blossom, clean and chopped
  • 3 cups Water
  • 1 Cube chicken soup
  • 6 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 onions, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, peeled and chopped
  • 2 cups Yoghurt Greek Style FAGE® Total 0%
  • 4 corn tortillas

Preparation

Chop and clean the pumpkin flower.
Heat the olive oil in the pot where the soup will be prepared. Add the onion and cook until translucent. Then add the garlic and pumpkin flower and cook for 5 more minutes.
Add the broth and cook for 10 minutes.
In a blender, the soup is liquefied in small pieces, strained and returned to the pot. Add the Yogurt Type Greek FAGE Total 0% and season with salt and pepper.
The tortillas are cut into strips and fried with the remaining oil.
Serve the soup and decorate with the tortilla strips.
