Preparation
Chop the onion, carrot, potato, zucchini and pears.
Put the olive oil in a pot on medium heat and add the carrot, onion, potato and thyme. Put salt and pepper. Move occasionally adjusting the light so that the vegetables do not brown.
When the onion is soft (for about 5 minutes) add the zucchini and continue cooking until everything is smooth, between 10 and 15 minutes.
Add the pear and cook until smooth (another 5 minutes).
Put the chicken stock and wait for it to boil. Adjust salt and pepper if necessary.
When the broth cools a little, put everything in the blender to puree it.
Return to the pot and serve hot. It can be decorated with a little light cream if desired.
