Preparation
In a saucepan over medium heat melt the margarine Primavera® Cocina Sin Sal and season the onion and garlic. Add the corn and integrate it well. Cook for a couple of minutes stirring constantly to avoid sticking or burning.
Pour 3 1/2 cups of water and add the cubes of Knorr® Tomato Tomato Seasoning by dissolving them well. Raise the flame and cover to heir.
Once you have boiled the soup, add the zucchini and integrate well into the soup. Dissolve Maizena® corn starch in the remaining half cup of water, pour it into the soup and integrate it. Let boil for three minutes. Take off the fire and serve immediately.
