Ingredients

1 serving
  • 1 piece of artichoke
  • 4 cups of Water
  • 1 piece of avocado for the dip
  • 1 piece of green lemon Your juice, for the dip
  • 2 teaspoons of mustard for the dip
  • 2 spoonfuls of hummus for the dip
  • 1 pinch of Salt for the dip
  • 1 pinch of black pepper for the dip

    Preparation

    Heat a small pot with the water until it reaches a boiling point. Submerge the artichoke and cook for 40 minutes until it is perfectly smooth from the center. Remove from the water and reserve.
    Add avocado with lemon juice, mustard and hummus to blender until smooth. Season to your liking
    Serve the artichoke with the dip. Enjoy

    PRESENTATION

    Serve the artichoke with a few drops of lemon and olive oil. With a container with the dip to accompany.

    TIPS

    When the artichoke is fully cooked, remove with a spoon the hairs that are in the center since they are very fibrous and those are not eaten since they are not pleasant to chew. Be very careful.
