Delicious tabule without carbohydrates based on cauliflower prepared with parsley, fresh tomato, red onion, garlic flavored with olive oil, yellow lemon and a spicy touch of flakes of chili. This combination is super fresh and low in calories.

Ingredients

1 serving
  • 1 1/2 cups of Cauliflower Eva® Bits
  • 2 pieces of tomato cut into cubes, small
  • 1 Cup of parsley finely chopped
  • 1/4 of Cup of red onion cut into cubes
  • 1/4 of Cup of yellow bell pepper cut into cubes
  • 1/4 of Cup of olive oil
  • 1/2 Cup of lemon juice yellow
  • 2 teaspoons of chili flake
  • 1 pinch of Salt
  • 1 pinch of black pepper

    Preparation

    Add the Eva® Cauliflower Bits in a bowl.
    Add tomato, parsley, purple onion, yellow pepper to the bowl, mix well and season with the olive oil, lemon juice, pepper flakes, salt and pepper.
    Mix well to integrate flavors and serve.

    PRESENTATION

    Serve the preparation accompanied by toast if you wish and with drops of olive oil.
