Chia Pudding with dates and mango

Nutritious sweet snack based on chia with almond milk, lightly sweetened with dried dates, served with fresh mango cubes and sliced ​​almond pieces. It is the ideal snack to calm the hunger of the half day.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 of Cup of chia
  • 1 Cup of almond milk homemade
  • 1 piece of boneless date finely chopped
  • 1/2 piece of mango cut into medium cubes
  • 1 tablespoon of almond filleted, toast

    Preparation

    In a bowl, add the chia with the almond milk and the finely chopped dates. Mix to hydrate the chía perfectly well and sweeten with the date. Add the mixture to your glass jar to carry, cover with the lid and reserve in the refrigerator.
    Remove the pudding from the refrigerator, add the mango and serve the almond until the end. Enjoy
