Delicious easy sweet snack that you can prepare super fast so you can take it wherever you want with chia with coconut and figs, it is ideal if you have a sweet craving. You will enjoy it very much.

Ingredients

1 serving
  • 1/4 of Cup of chia
  • 1 Cup of almond milk homemade, to soak the chía
  • 5 cups of FIG for jam and for coconut cream
  • 1 Cup of Water
  • 1/2 Cup of coconut grated
  • 1/4 of Cup of blueberry
  • 2 pieces of Strawberry filleted
  • 3 spoonfuls of Goji Berries

    Preparation

    In a bowl add the chia with the homemade almond milk Kiwilimón to hydrate. Reserve in refrigeration.
    Heat the figs with coconut and water to dissolve and make a jam. Remove and reserve.
    Add the figs with the coconut cream and a little blueberry to the blender. Blends perfectly well. Reservation.
    In a glass jar with a lid add the jam to the base, add the preparation of the chia and finally add a layer of the preparation of the blueberries with the figs. Decorate with a little blueberries, strawberries and goji berries. Enjoy

    PRESENTATION

    Serve in a glass jar with a layered lid and decorate with fruit at the end.
