This rich potato stuffed with the delicious Zwan® Classic Turkey Breast and Manchego cheese is a great option for potato lovers.

Ingredients

6 portions
  • 6 potatoes, alpha white
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil, for the potatoes
  • to taste salt
  • to taste black pepper
  • 1 package Zwan® classic turkey breast, 250 g
  • 1/4 cups butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon oregano
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 cup Zwan® grated manchego cheese
  • enough parsley, leaves, to decorate

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 190 ° C.
To make the cuts, cross the potato with two wooden toothpicks (ideal for skewers) horizontally and one centimeter from what will be the base, this will help you not to cut the whole potato. With a utility knife, cut across the width, leaving a 1/2 centimeter thick between each cut. Repeat until finished with all the potatoes.
Place the potatoes on a tray, pour in the olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Bake for 25 min at 190 ° C covering the tray with aluminum foil.
While the potatoes are baking, on a board and with the help of a knife, cut the slices of Zwan® Classic Turkey Breast horizontally to have two pieces. Arrange each half by folding it in the middle, this way it will be easier to assemble the potatoes.
Once the baking time has passed, remove the potatoes from the oven, uncover, cool slightly, and remove the toothpicks. With the help of a brush, cover the potatoes with melted butter, add garlic powder, oregano and onion powder to each of the potatoes. Fill the spaces with the Zwan® Classic Turkey Breast pieces interspersed with the Zwan® grated Manchego Cheese. Bake for 20 more minutes, no need to cover.
Serve the potatoes on a plate, decorate with parsley leaves, bring to the center of the table and serve with a green salad.

PRESENTATION

Serve decorated with parsley leaves. Accompany with a green salad.

TIPS

If you want to advance the process, in a saucepan with boiling water cook the potatoes for 15 minutes, drain and cool in a stream of cold water.
