Preparation
In a pot with water, cook the potatoes with salt for 30 minutes or until they are cooked. Mash the potatoes and reserve.
In a bowl mix the potatoes with the cornstarch, the cheese, the chorizo, the coriander, season with salt and pepper. With the help of your hands, form balls and reserve.
Dip in the egg, pass through breadcrumbs and breaded.
In a frying pan with oil over medium heat, fry the potato balls until they are golden brown, place on absorbent paper to remove excess oil.
For the dressing; in a processor add McCormick® Original mustard, morita chili, chipotle, cream cheese, cumin, season with salt and pepper.
Serve the potato balls with the dressing.
