The tacos de chamoy stuffed with vegetables and peanuts are a spicy snack, perfect for any gathering. It is an omelet made with tamarind and chamoy, stuffed with vegetables and some rich peanuts. Delicious!

Ingredients

4 servings
  • 125 grams of liquid chamoy
  • 125 grams of tamarind pulp
  • 500 grams of miguelito powder
  • 1 piece of cucumber
  • 2 pieces of carrot
  • 1 piece of jicama
  • 200 japanese peanuts
  • 100 grams of mango with Chile

    Preparation

    Mix the chamoy (reserve a bit to use as a sauce), tamarind and miguelito, to form a paste. Refrigerate.
    Form thin circles
    Cut the cucumber, carrot, and jicama. Place in the tamarind circle, add peanuts, and bathe with the miguelito.
    Mount on a plate as if they were tacos.

    PRESENTATION

    Accommodate the tacos in a rectangular dish.

    TIPS

    The colder the tamarind tortillas are, the easier it will be to manipulate them.
