Ingredients

6 servings
  • 1 liter of Yoghurt Greek Style FAGE® Total 0%
  • 1/2 kilo of corn dough
  • 1/2 Cup of Water
  • 1 tablespoon of Salt
  • 4 pieces of green tomato
  • 2 Serrano cpeppers
  • 1/4 of piece of onion
  • 2 pieces of garlic
  • 1/4 of Cup of coriander
  • 1 tablespoon of chicken consommé
  • 1 teaspoonful of black pepper
  • 150 grams of refried beans
  • 200 grams of sausage of Turkey

    Preparation

    Mix 2 tablespoons of salt and the cup of water with the corn dough. Knead until obtaining a homogeneous mass. If you have a bit brittle, you can add a little more water.
    Roast tomatoes, onion, garlic and serrano chiles on a griddle. Once roasted place them in the blender, add the cilantro and blend until you have a sauce. Add the powder conosmé and season with salt and pepper to taste.
    Place the Yogurt FAGE Total® 0% in a bowl and add the sauce. Mix until you have a homogeneous sauce, you should have a creamy consistency.
    Stretch the corn dough and place a spoonful of refried beans in the center. Close the dough and give it a tlacoyo shape. Heat a comal and place the tlacoyos, leave them until they are lightly browned.
    In a pan, cook the turkey sausage until golden brown.
    Place the tlacoyo on a plate, sprinkle a little of the chorizo ​​and pour the tomato sauce and a spoonful of Yoghurt FAGE Total® 0% on top.

    PRESENTATION
