Ingredients

4 portions
  • 4 tortillas, (tlayudas)
  • 2 tablespoons lard
  • 1 can refried beans
  • 250 grams fresh cheese, grated
  • 1 avocado
  • 2 fists fresh coriander, (leaves)
  • 1/2 onions, finely chopped
  • salt
  • 1/2 red onions, filleted
  • 1/4 jerky, or beef jerky

Preparation

Sprinkle the lard on the tlayudas.
Heat the beans in a pan, also cook the jerky on both sides and add them to the tlayuda.
Sprinkle some fresh cheese on top of the beans and purple onions.
With the help of a molcajete, make the guacamole with the avocado, finely chopped onion and cilantro.
Add the guacamole to the tlayuda and sprinkle a little coriander.
Season with a little salt and heat in a comal or pan.
