The baguette is one of the most famous breads of French gastronomy, here we present a delicious sandwich, with all the European influence. It's a sandwich accompanied by a delicious strawberry and chia smoothie, it's the perfect combination.

Ingredients

2 portions
  • 3 saladette tomatoes
  • 2 avocados
  • 1/2 bunches basil
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper, freshly ground
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 30 milliliters olive oil
  • 1 liter milk, Deslactosada Ligth Santa Clara®
  • 200 grams strawberry, disinfected
  • 30 grams chia
  • 75 grams sugar
  • 5 milliliters liquid vanilla

Preparation

Cut the tomato into 2-centimeter thick slices, season with salt and pepper.
Cut the avocado into thin slices.
Cut the baguette in half, place the tomato, avocado and basil leaves. Sprinkle with olive oil. Place the other lid and serve.
For the liquefied: Place the strawberries in a blender (without tail), add sugar, vanilla and milk. Grind perfectly, pour into a tall glass and sprinkle chia. Decorate with a strawberry cut in half.

PRESENTATION

Serve the cut baguette and accompany with the strawberry and chia smoothie.

TIPS

If you prefer, you can brown the sandwiches in the oven for a few minutes.
