Prepare some delicious skirts boiled with the traditional garnishes of mayonnaise, lemon and chile. They go salteditos in butter and boiled with serrano pepper and epazote that give it an incomparable flavor.

Ingredients

  • 2 spoonfuls of shortening
  • 1/4 of piece of onion finely chopped
  • 1 tooth of Garlic finely chopped
  • 7 pieces of corn cob shelled
  • 3 liters of Water
  • 3 twigs of fresh epazote washed, disinfected and clean. Chopped
  • 3 pieces of chile serrano clean and deveined, chopped
  • 3 pinches of Salt
  • 2 pinches of Pepper
  • 4 spoonfuls of Mayonnaise (to decorate)
  • 4 spoonfuls of fresh cheese grated (to decorate)
  • 4 spoonfuls of chilli powder (to decorate)
  • 4 pieces of lemon your juice (to decorate)

    Preparation

    In a pot heat the butter and fry the onion. Add the garlic and the corn and cook for a few minutes.
    Add the water and let it boil until the ears are tender. Add the epazote, the chile and season.
    Serve in glasses and season with mayonnaise, cheese, chili powder and lemon. Enjoy

    PRESENTATION

    Serves in unicel cups to make it more street.

    TIPS

    You can also cook them in an express pot for 10 minutes.
