Ingredients

2 portions
  • 2 ancho chili peppers, deveined and hydrated
  • 2 guajillo chilies, deveined and hydrated
  • 1/2 sticks annatto paste
  • 1/4 cups white vinegar
  • 1/2 cups orange juice, sour
  • 4 tablespoons corn oil
  • 1 cup onion, finely chopped
  • 1 cup fresh coriander, chopped
  • 1 kilo pork steak, in steaks, seasoned
  • 1/2 onions, filleted
  • 6 lemons, matches
  • 1 cup guacamole

Preparation

Blend chiles, annatto, vinegar, orange juice and reserve.
Spread the bistees with the achiote mixture and cover with the rest of the mixture. Let marinate 2 hours.
In a very hot pan saute the onion with a little oil.
Cut the meat into thin slices and add it to the pan.
Form the tacos and serve with onion, cilantro, lemon and guacamole.
