Ingredients

1 serving
  • 14 pieces of bacon sliced
  • 2 slices of box bread
  • 80 grams of Oaxaca cheese shredding
  • 2 spoonfuls of Poblano pepper Strips (Rajas) sweated, peeled, and cut into thin strips
  • 4 spoonfuls of cheddar cheese grated

    Preparation

    Heat a frying pan on the stove over high heat.
    Place the slices of bacon in a cross on a table. Put on the slices of bacon a piece of bread.
    Add the Oaxaca cheese on top of the bread, followed by the poblano rajas. Cover with cheddar cheese and cover with another slice of bread.
    Wrap with the bacon.
    Dora the sandwich for 10 minutes on one side. Turn to brown on the other side 10 more minutes.
    Cut and serve.

    lo intente pero creo que lo hice mal Para pasarlo a la sarten no se usa aceite verdad? o si? por que yo use aceite y el pan lo absorbió todo y me quedo espantoso jajaja
