As there must be something for every occasion, there must be a cupcake for a meeting between friends. They are delicious cupcakes with a rosy color, you will love them!

Ingredients

12 portions
  • 115 grams lard
  • 220 grams sugar, Of White Preference
  • 3 eggs
  • 220 grams flour
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 150 milliliters Red wine
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon orange juice
  • 115 grams lard, For The Cream
  • 300 grams powdered sugar, For The Cream
  • 40 milliliters Red wine, For The Cream
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice, For The Cream
  • 1 teaspoon orange juice, For The Cream

Preparation

Pre-heat the oven to 180º C and prepare the tray of cupcakes with the pirotines. Sift flour with baking powder and set aside.
Beat the butter with the sugar until they are integrated and the mixture is clarified.
Add the eggs, one by one, and the extracts, beating until they are incorporated.
Add half the flour and beat at low speed until it is equally integrated.
Then pour the wine and beat again. Pour the other half of the flour and beat until the result is homogeneous.
Sift with garnet dye (optional).
Divide the mixture in the pirotines, and bake 22-25 minutes. Allow to cool in the pan for 5 minutes and then pass the cupcakes to a rack, until they are completely cooled.
To prepare the cream, sift the impalpable sugar and put it in a bowl along with the rest of the ingredients. Beat at maximum speed at least 5 minutes. Sift with the garnet coloring and decorate with the open star nozzle.

PRESENTATION

Serve them in a nice tray.
