Ingredients

  • 1 chicken
  • 1 kilo of corn dough
  • 200 grams of ancho chili pepper
  • 250 grams of vegetable shortening
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 1 pinch of black pepper
  • 1 onion
  • 12 corn leaves
  • Salt
  • 3 whole cloves

    Preparation

    Cook the chicken hash with salt and onion.
    Boil the chili with the tomato and grind with cloves and peppers, fry and add the chicken with salt to taste.
