This bowl is a snack that will fill you with energy, as it is a delicious mix of natural yoghurt with mango and grated coconut. Accompanied with blueberry, natural mango and granola. Do not let it go!

Ingredients

  • 4 pieces of Yoghurt Natural Oikos® 150 gc / u
  • 3 pieces of mango Reserve 1 piece to decorate
  • 2 teaspoons of grated coconut
  • 1 Cup of ice
  • 1/2 Cup of blueberry
  • 4 spoonfuls of big wave
  • 10 leaves of mint to decorate

    Preparation

    Blend Oikos® Natural Yoghurt with two pieces of mango, coconut and ice, until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
    Pour into a bowl and decorate with chopped mango, blueberry, granola and mint leaves.

    PRESENTATION

    Decorate with fruits and granola.

    TIPS

    If you do not want to use coconut cream, use coconut yogurt.
