OTRA FORMA ES: Mi mamá es de Hidalgo y allá nos enseñaron en lavarla perfectamente, y en la parte superior  se traza un cuadro con un cuchillo con filo alrededor de la corona al tope de la cascara, una vez marcando el cuadro, de cada angulo con el mismo cuchillo se hace una linea hacia abajo igual al tope de la cascara no partiendo la granada osea como si solo estuvieras cortando la cascara, una vez hecho esto en los 4 ángulos quitas la corona y con las manos abres la granada y sale prácticamente completa y es mucho mas fácil  desgranarla y no te manchas, creo que es muy similar a lo que dice Magda espero me hayan entendido y les sirva, Saludos!!
