Hola Tocaya, por aquello de que somos "chuy y chuya", yo me voy más por tu tipo de marinar, así lo hago yo, simplemente licuo ajo, pimienta (sabroseador al gusto) con leche y un huevo....esto de la leche carnation me parece muy COMERCIAL. saludos
