For this recipe you will need the following ingredients: • 2 packages of 190 g Philadelphia® Cream Cheese • 1 tza. of cream to beat • 1 tza. of sugar • 1 1/2 tbsp. of unflavored powdered grenetine • 3/4 tza. of water
Base: • 2 cups. golden cracker • 90 g of butter
Marmalade of Zarzamora: • 150 g of blackberry jam • 1 cdita. of unflavored powdered grenetine • 3 tbsp. of water
Decor: • 8 pcs. of natural blackberries

Melt the butter.

Mix the cracker with the butter.

Place your mixture at the bottom of a 10 cm diameter mold.

Dilute in 3 tbsp. of water 1 cdita. of grenetina. Let stand for 5 min. or until you hydrate the grenetina.

Heat 10 seconds in a microwave oven.

Add it to the blackberry jam. Reserve, keeping it at room temperature.

Beat the cream cheese with the sugar for 5 minutes. Add the whipping cream until doubled in size.

Dilute in 3/4 tza. of water the 1 1/2 tbsp. of grenetina. Let stand. Heat in microwave oven for 30 seconds and add to cream cheese shake.

Divide the mixture in two, one part pour it over the mold and refrigerate for 10 minutes.

Cover with the blackberry jam with grenetina and refrigerate for 10 minutes. Add the rest of the cheese mixture and refrigerate at least 2 hours. Unmold, decorate with blackberries and serve.

Excelente receta, yo la hice, pero no contaba con crema para batir, por lo que usé leche evaporada y quedó rísquisima, claro que la use fría ya que sino no aumenta el volumen. Gracias!
