Many times when we go to the supermarket, to the butcher shop, or fish shop, we buy a good amount of meat to give us. To prevent it from spoiling and to keep better, I share my tip to know how to freeze meat, chicken or fish.
For the chicken: separate piece by piece and wrap them with sticky plastic. Put them in the freezer. Raw chicken lasts up to a year, or in parts, up to 9 months.

Cooked chicken tastes better if you freeze it for no more than 4 months.

The white fish last up to 6 months; preferably, freeze each steak separately.

Salmon, tuna and shrimp should not be frozen for more than 3 months.

On average beef can last up to 12 months; decide whether to freeze it in a package or each piece separately.
