Popcorn is a delicious and very healthy snack, but many times those that come ready to be made in the microwave, have large amounts of salt or fat. Prepare your own popcorn at home and consent to your family with a much healthier snack.
To make popcorn you need: • 2 slices of coconut oil • 1/2 cup of corn seeds

Place the coconut oil in a pan or pan low heat, wait for it to melt completely.

After 1 or 2 minutes, do a test with some seeds. If bubbles form around them, the oil is ready.

Add the rest of the seeds and move the pan to cover completely with the oil.

Place the lid and wait for them to start cooking. Do not remove the lid or your whole kitchen will end up full of popcorn.

Add a little salt or the spice that you like, for example: sugar with cinnamon, for a sweeter version of this delicious snack.
